Bonnie Segal, Principal, founded Bonnie Segal Design:NY in 1984, Explormedia in 1994, and Corporate Identities in 1996. Previously she worked for Newman Design Associates.
Animated films Segal produced for Sesame Street still appear on Channel 13 and are in the permanent CTW Library. In 1988 Segal was a featured cover designer and illustrator for Art Direction Magazine.
Segal's work has appeared in industry publications: American Corporate Identity, Creativity 15, Desi Annual, Society of Publication Designers Annual and chosen to be in The Source Book of Visual Ideas by the renowned New York Times Book Review Art Director, Steve Heller and the famous illustrator, Seymour Chwast.
Segal has taught Corporate Identity, Graphic Design and Design Theory at AGC, Association of Graphic Communications.
Segal's awards include: Graphics NY Illustration, Graphics NY Design, Philadelphia Art Directors Club Best of Show, American Corporate Identity, Society of Publication Designers, Creativity, Desi, Andy Award of Merit, STA 100, Praxis.
Segal holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute and a Business and Marketing Associates Degree from Baruch College. She has completed additional studies at School of Visual Arts, and at NYU's Center for Digital Multimedia.
